Ardmore Candle Company is proudly rooted in the history of one of downtown Ardmore’s most iconic buildings—the historic IOOF Lodge No. 6, built in 1916. For over a century, these walls have witnessed the evolution of our city, from early retail establishments—including a period when JCPenney operated within the building—to the vibrant heartbeat of a growing downtown. Today, we’ve thoughtfully restored and reimagined this space into a warm, inviting candle studio where past and present come together. Each candle is hand-poured in-house using carefully selected fragrances, many inspired by the people, places, and stories that shaped Ardmore. More than a shop, Ardmore Candle Company is an experience—one that honors the legacy of this historic space while creating something meaningful for the community today.
